Pros
- Opportunities to increase my responsibilities - Always having hard but interesting challenges to work on - Flexibility to work remote, have flex hours, while still having access to a main office space filled with colleagues - The opportunity to interact with bright and motivated students from all around the world - Working with smart passionate colleagues who are dedicated to Minerva’s mission
Cons
- Location of office (Civic Center) is not the best - Working with a truly global workforce can be a challenge with time zones/meetings - Pay is not competitive with other places I could work - With very smart colleagues, I sometimes have imposter syndrome!
