I've been with Minga for just three months as the Head of People & Culture, and I can confidently say that it's been an incredibly rewarding experience so far. From day one, I've been struck by the strong, supportive culture that defines this organization. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about both the work we do and each other’s growth. The passion from every team member is contagious, and it’s inspiring to see how aligned everyone is with our mission to make a positive impact in the EdTech space. The leadership team is approachable, and genuinely invested in making sure people feel valued. They’re open to new ideas and encourage a lot of feedback, which has made the transition smooth and exciting. There’s a real sense that we’re all in this together, working toward the same goal.

As with any rapidly growing company, there are challenges in scaling processes and systems, but there is a real commitment to overcoming these hurdles. The leadership team is receptive to feedback, and there’s a genuine effort to continuously improve. I’m confident we’ll continue to evolve and streamline as we grow.
