      Close to where I live

      Cons

      Pay is low, management is non-engaging, supervisors/co-workers are rude, sometimes acts demeaning. Worst part of it, supervisor's don't address the non-professional etiquette of the workers.

      Pros

      Good eye for talent, very successful, can obtain great experience.

      Cons

      They underpay, by A LOT. At the time, the exec team was power drunk. Did not take good advice when given by subordinates.
