Pros

Safety first and they actually mean it, competitive wages, friendly co-workers, nice perks like gift cards or grill outs, flexible time off (in the department I worked in if you needed a day or two off it was never a problem)

Cons

Big company, hiring process took forever because of all the HR stuff (almost had to find another job because I didn't think they were going to hire me) Time line: applied in January, got a call in march for an interview, had interview mid march, didn't get the call saying I was hired until late may (stressful)

Pros

Great people work here, lots of knowledgeable, down to earth people.

Cons

Turnover is pretty high in distribution at times, a younger department as a whole in years and experience. Benefits are ok, insurance is pretty bad.

Pros

Good people, lots of oppurtunity for growth, good work life balance depending on what department you're in

Cons

Slightly lower pay than I see at other companies for a similar role
