Leadership and HR are riddled with compulsive liars. HR is constantly anti-union worker. I specifically remember telling the head of HR about a few salary workers just never doing there job, and then being told by the head of HR that salary workers are there to do a job but us hourly workers we have to stay busy whole time or else it is theft. Bottom-line The assembly floor where I worked and HR are both ran by liars and is also ran like a Regime. If you label your self a great worker and genuinely care about the company your working for then please take this as a message. This place will kill your drive. This place rewards laziness and lies with raises. And then rewards hard work and honesty with write-ups.
