Great work culture and transparency. Broad range of involvement over the plant design and build. Opportunity to gain a lot of experience that would not happen at larger corporates.

'Start-up' mentality so a lot more structure needs to be implemented, which the company is currently in the process of doing. Solutions to issues tend to be reactive in nature but the company is also moving away from this.
