I joined without reading the reviews on the glassdoor. whatever the experience those have, i didnt have it. Its been almost an year now for me here. You can do things that you want to explore (obviously it needs to align with the companies requirements) 1. tasks are not forced on you. You get to choose from options. 2. As its a startup, im getting experience of doing things from scratch! crazy bugs arrive when things scale, but i love it! 3. Young and fun team! we have weekly activities like badminton or pickle ball where we go as team! lots of fun time! 4. i get to see startup growing! Problems with hardware, how people solve it in cool ways! (i gotta tell you hardware bugs are hardest to crack)
