      Pros

      Mirapath has great managment, owner and wonderful and friendly employees. Mirapath works hard and plays hard. Very supportive environment. Mirapath focuses on the infrastructure play of the Data Center and does it very well. Your opinion is valued and heard.

      Cons

      People who have not done well at Mirapath do not come up to Mirapath's standards. You have to want to constantly learn and grown. You must be a positive person.

      Pros

      The team here is very welcoming, and it stills feels very much like a start up (even though they've been a while). This gives you ample opportunity to create your own job path.

      Cons

      Sometimes the start up feel makes it seem disorganized. We change a lot.
