      Only one manager, one HR and a few full time employees.

      Cons

      Salaries are late by 10-15 days. Organisation does not have proper structuring. Management have very bad approach towards employees.

      No proper training. Zero interaction with senior staff - this is difficult as a learner. Attitude from management towards employees is extremely poor.
