Business Outlook

Pros

Working mainly as in shop fleet technician/mechanic, the work hours flexibility is excellent. The medical and dental benefits are expensive but good quality between 3 tiers of choices. They work with Blue Cross-Blue Shield. Good IRA/401k plans and company matching contributions. Good overall blue collar work ethics, with very hard working and genuine group of people up and down the entire company. The shop mechanics and warehouse personnel are one of the best people I've worked with in my career. They are very knowledgeable and helpful to whatever was needed of them.

Cons

Below average in pay rate for mechanics in terms of market value. Raises are slow. No boot and tool allowances for mechanics, but there are bonuses(depending on performance and time of service for the company). At this time as I'm writing this review, the repair shop management is in transition. There is no clear leadership. But in time, I'm sure that it will get a lot better as it once was great.
