      Pros

      Work on some really amazing projects, great culture, and there tend to be a few awesome people to surround yourself with. The perks of the agency tend to make you want to stick around. If you yes Michael enough, he will reward you with free stuff!

      Cons

      Ran by in every true send of the word, a dictator. They even define his outbursts by the word "Blatterizing." Mirrorball has no true vision or long term goals. Everyone is scared to oppose Michael, hence why he thinks he is friends with everyone.
