Pros
This place was a hive of talent, i can't say i have enjoyed a better cast to work with elsewhere. I learned much from my few years there through excellent mentors, bringing my portfolio and work-ethic to a higher degree, something i doubt i would have had the opportunity to build elsewhere. New York demands much of your time, as does this company, but the bonds and trust created between my colleagues on the mountains of projects we were tested on allows a lifetime of connectivity, collaboration and friendship. I can say i walk into any business more confident because of it.
Cons
Constant hirings and firings on questionable positions seemed to hurt the company and its brand, this unfortunately came at a time when most of the mega work came to a halt. Benefits and full time for several "permalancers" would have been nice considering the amount of turn-overs and wasted money that went into full time trainwrecks.
