Good atmosphere and camaraderie among employees; care appears to be taken to hire people who get along well. You are generally free to choose which and how many shifts you take, although they may ask that you be consistently available for certain high-priority shifts.
Cons
Patrons occasionally present complex problems, in the sense of needing unique accomodations. They can also be uncooperative, in the sense of not cooperating with theatre etiquette, disrupting other patrons' experiences.
