      - If you like to stick to your job description, might not be the place for you. Many thrive this way though. - Half of senior leadership is remote - Not all systems are in place, but great if you like building them

      work with strong leadership and brilliant engineers who will solve the labor crisis in restaurants with back of the house robotic process automation (RPA)

      Cons

      RPA solutions require a very smart and experienced engineers with a diverse skill set that are not easy to find

      Pros

      You will meet some fantastic people that you will really enjoy working and hanging out with.

      Cons

      This job is a living hell because the CEO micromanages every project and regularly talks down to everyone, especially if you’re in operations or engineering. Slacks are monitored, and the office is a joke. Everyone is constantly living in fear of being let go.
