      Pros

      free snacks, company lunches and the pto when you can get off.

      Cons

      The reviews are fake. Someone had to pay these interns or former employees to say something nice about such a disorganized failing company with no leadership. There's no lack of respect and knowledge here. I do not see this company lasting or going very far. Thankfully I moved on and dodged a bullet.

      - Growth opportunity - Entrance into tech - Free food - Close coworker relationships - Start-up Energy - Good location (unless you're a westsider)

      Cons

      - If you like to stick to your job description, might not be the place for you. Many thrive this way though. - Half of senior leadership is remote - Not all systems are in place, but great if you like building them

      Pros

      You will meet some fantastic people that you will really enjoy working and hanging out with.

      Cons

      This job is a living hell because the CEO micromanages every project and regularly talks down to everyone, especially if you’re in operations or engineering. Slacks are monitored, and the office is a joke. Everyone is constantly living in fear of being let go.
