      Pros

      Good rates, nice PMs and that's it.

      Cons

      They never pay you. They make you do all the work and when it's time to pay they stop replying to your emails and when they do, it's to make excuses like "we have internal issues" and "we will let you know when we can reschedule."

      Interesting projects, relatively fair rates

      Cons

      Non-payers. The CEO led to bankruptcy of Mission Translate and has now established Mission Connect. Before he led to bankruptcy of two other agencies. A cool model of doing business.
