Pros
Not a stressful environment but not an environment promoting a warm, family-like environment.
Cons
This company was lacking in warmth and compassion. The employees had a disconnected, not friendly style. The Plant Manager was a good guy but he has left the company. The main office management in Bethesda is culturally different than the personnel in the White Marsh office. There definitely did not appear to be any growth potential in this office.
