      Favoritism Incompetent Manager and Co-Workers Unbalance work distribution Bias nature Unjust reward distribution Simply not a better firm to work with.

      Pros

      - Good people to work with - It was a small company with innovative mind set

      Cons

      - Too bad it got acquired by a larger company (ION Trading) - Mixit went all down after it got acquired by ION - Not a fun place to work at any more. Full of bureaucracy now.

      Pros

      It was great working at Mixit before it got acquired. Good, hard working colleagues.

      Cons

      Went downhill after company was acquired. New management doesn't really know how to manage personnel.
