      Pros

      Working in Mixit is really good and challending. Friendly working envionment. Working on core programming (C++) is good for developers

      Cons

      No proper rules and regulations defined for HR. There are favourism at some level.

      Pros

      - Good people to work with - It was a small company with innovative mind set

      Cons

      - Too bad it got acquired by a larger company (ION Trading) - Mixit went all down after it got acquired by ION - Not a fun place to work at any more. Full of bureaucracy now.

      Pros

      It was great working at Mixit before it got acquired. Good, hard working colleagues.

      Cons

      Went downhill after company was acquired. New management doesn't really know how to manage personnel.
