Ability to grow and manage accounts on a personal and professional level.
Cons
Management team that couldn't figure it out during my tenure of a few years. Micro management from leaders to solve problems the sales team was not accountable for or able to fix. A failing brand in the US that doesn't know how to connect to its customer became incredibly frustrating to represent.
