Pros

Nothing that I can think off

Cons

- When I had joined everything was pretty peaceful until it all started going downhill in the past couple of months - Micromanagement - You will be judged if you leave early (but won't see the fact that you come early too) - Favouritism ( management has couple of favourites in the organisation, as long as they are there, they really don't care if others are quitting ) - Only 2 WFH's per month and you will have to share the list of things you have done for the day coz they don't trust their employees - Growing fast but really need management skills to run the organisation - Lack of communication with the higher management, sudden policy is put in place which makes no sense - No support from peers - Zero company ethics - Zero trust policy (THEY DON'T TRUST THEIR EMPLOYEES!!) - VP level employees have no sense of talking, they are basically ill-mannered and need some basic behavioural workshops - Horrible place to work - Management doesn't care - You will choke and suffocate if you work here

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are trying to improve as an organisation and are committed to make efforts at individual and organisational level to emerge as a great place to work. In terms of policies around WFH - we provide lot of flexibility to our employees and have around 90% utilisation, with complete trust and transparency. There is always scope for improvement - and we are committed to raise the bar !

Pros

One of the biggest pros is how much you learn, and how quickly. The company gives you strong exposure to the SaaS space, early ownership, and access to structured learning through resources like MoE 101, iThrive weeks, Udemy, and the Growth Academy, so it feels like a place where your skills can compound fast. On top of that, the culture is highly collaborative and supportive, and the benefits stand out too—generous time off, mental health support, and inclusive healthcare coverage make it feel like the company invests in people, not just performance.

Cons

The expectation to stay flexible across global time zones, which sometimes leads to longer hours and uneven work-life balance. Depending on the team, inconsistent management practices can also make workloads feel less predictable.

Pros

Great platform and a product to really believe in.

Cons

Leadership lives in its own echo chamber, making questionable leadership hires at the cost of truly great talent at all levels.
