      only the possibility to work fully remote

      Cons

      Terrible management. Promotions only got from sympathy and not for real value. No empathy and not listening to any of your issued or problem. Rācists.

      Pros

      Friendly work culture. Benefits aren't half bad. WFH is a godsend in pandemic times.

      Cons

      Adjustment is a bit rough. I found myself setting alarms for onboarding sessions with 12 hours' notice, give or take. Entry level salary isn't great either but it's better than nothing.
