      Leadership has weakened throughout the many transitions the company went through over the pandemic and more recently, however they are doing well considering the challenges

      Pros

      They take wellness very seriously; innovating to push the company ahead is always the mindset; creativity, openness and transparency are expected and encouraged. I’ve never worked anywhere like it.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit higher but the flex time, benefits and four day work week balance that out.

      Great people, flexible work environment, growing company, company transparency, interesting/new things happening, Fridays off work all summer!

      Cons

      Some growing pains, some managers are better than others, some decisions made aren't communicated. Onboarding and training need improvement.
