Yes so there is get some thing to wrote: - its all about doing buttering on management. - no one value how much you work but how good relations you maintain with you team leads. - oh ! Team leads they are the ones who are the oldies no matter they hold 2 -3 years exp they will rule you and best part is they don't even have technical and leadership skills - if i speak about mobil team there is one guy who rule the team and he is a iiit who does nothing whole day just sit and looks at the screen and yes he will come to you every 5 minutes to see what you are doing. These people Are mobikwik son in-law types - recently company is doing layoff as they just cannot afford us and no matter how hard you have worked for them they can ask you to leave in just 30minutes. - they wont process you FNF on time and try to find one or the other reason to delay your fnf Overall a bad company , theres lot i can speak whole life in shor PLEASE Dont join this co.
