      Pros

      Being a technical project manager, I get to manage an awesome team of tech experts designing new products and we get an awesome chance of implementing our skills into designing the latest products. I also get to manage a wide range of innovative projects which not a lot of companies are currently working on.

      Cons

      At times, the lack of fixed deadlines and a clear roadmap leads to project delays and inefficiencies.
