      Pros

      No supervision work, some of my ideas are used to improve the store, laid back, generally nice.

      Cons

      The owners and other employees talk Arabic around me and talk badly about me, because I'm the newest - I get blamed for everyone else's mistakes even if I wasn't even working that day. Never good balance of hours.
