Worst place I ever worked - Accounts Receivable Mobile Climate Control Employee Review

I received no training and was expected to know everything within weeks. The accounting software is a nightmare. You get bombarded with questions you have no idea about. I was given a person to go to for questions. I asked her one on a teams call and she said email her the question. Well she copied my boss on the email and made me look like I went behind his back. They have out dated and not detailed enough instructions to go by and that’s how you are expected to learn.
