      Pros

      Working here has been great and you will get a chance to be trained by the owners who are experts in their field. You get a chance to be exposed to a lot of things and this is perfect for someone who is passionate and eager to grow.

      A training bond is put in place so you will not be receiving your full base salary until your first year.

      Pros

      They offer hybrid set-up which is okay.

      Cons

      A LOT. Management is not receptive to feedback (you can even check reddit). They will not give proper flows for work but will expect you to work at your best. Managers do not even know how to handle their own people and will suck up to the CEOS.
