This is a family business not a professional software development company. Most of the management positions belong to the same family and CEO's personal friends. The CEO and his staff have extremely poor interpersonal skills.
The engineering department under CTO's leadership has failed to deliver new products and features on time. He only likes to implement what is convenient for him rather than understanding the business and sales requirements. The sales department has no effective strategy to execute in the market; as a result they are losing business and floundered to increase the revenue. There is no marketing team to help the sales team as well.
