Pros

-Decent pay with commission structure -There are some great people in HR, LP, Strategic

Cons

-Most leadership doesn't stick around for more than 6 months. -More than half the stores are put together or problems fixed by unlicensed vendors -Hard to get maintenance issues resolved especially high priority items like heaters & air-conditioning. -Costant "never a good job" mentality even for top performers -Lack of understanding of needs from corporate office to the field -Little or no support for events, even grand openings, paid out of pocket for most. -Often bought supplies for locations due to 3-4 week turn around times. -Reviews after main leadership was eliminated became belittling rather than constructive for growth

Pros

This company consistently misleads employees about commissions and frequently changes the commission structure without transparency. Management relies heavily on pressure tactics and creates a hostile environment, especially for employees and managers who do not speak Spanish. The culture is manipulative, lacks values or long‑term vision, and operates like a revolving door due to high turnover. If you’re considering joining, be aware: this organization has a pattern of dishonesty, coercive practices, and pushing employees to bend rules. Proceed with caution.

Cons

Lack of culture, lack of leadership. Forces to used multiple apps on your phone, continuous chat on Telegram.
