Used to be good, but unable to capitalize on its values and talents - Software Engineer Mobilengine Employee Review

Unfortunately the company has been in free-fall for the last 2-3 years. There is an extraordinary amount of micromanagement paired with total indecisiveness and massive paranoia coming from the CEO/Founder. This means continuous shift in priorities, lack of focus and no clear idea of what the product is or should be about. When a project was visibly derailed the CEO backed out of it and let others to take the blame. Despite the great and talented team Mobilengine was able to attract the above circumstances made it impossible to do effective work, put sales on a downhill slope and resulted in the company having to sack most of its staff.
