nothing as such good as understand

he company is filled with both good benefits and good people. the work environment is good and the management team is very engaged.

Training for a fresher is not good at all. the manager is fine but the team member will not let u learn,work hours could be improved as the night shift is difficult to bear with. it does not provide me the time 'id like to spend with family.
