      Pros

      Worked here for a long time but was not able to find one.

      Cons

      No Salary Slips 2 year bond which have some invisible terms and conditions you will realize after joining and that will be too late. No Timely Increment Worst MD and his subordinates No Proper Working Conditions No Air conditioning in summers No office boy No kitchen Pantry is smaller than size of a Dog home. Exploit employees to the fullest. No bonuses even you have worked night and day for this shameful organization. Working in odd shifts no cabs provided by the company. Purely biased decisions are made by MD. CEO does not care much about employees. All they want is money in their own pockets. No employee welfare.

      Pros

      100% Work from home 50% paid benefits Great coworkers Company provided equipment Fair compensation I see other comments about the CEO and want to respond to that. Amit built the company from the ground up and with his expertise and knowledge in the industry has built the company in to what it is today. The company is not going under, it is in fact thriving. If he wants to impart on employees this knowledge and guidance on how he became successful, that is well within his right as CEO. He never does anything in a manipulative or unkind manner, he truly wants every hire to be successful. The company provides a lot of freedom for great performers, those who don't perform or show initiative are coached and managed accordingly. If they still do not perform up to standard, of course, they are let go.

      Pros

      Zero Pros. Run far far away from this company. They are horrible to the employees and their clients. They go by AKM Enterprise now. Same company. Same horrible CEO.

      Same as above. Any MANY more! Really wish we could give a negative stars.
