Pros
Mobotix has a great staff and team. We worked hard and delivered results with very little support from HQ. The product is amazing and probably one of the best in the industry.
Cons
"C-Level" Management in Germany if that's what they are have no clue as to how to run a company. They offer no true solutions to the internal issues that the company has, they lack guidance and leadership. They enforce their poor decisions through fear tactics. They fail to deliver a clear message through out the company, making Mobotix a great place to work in, intolerable.
