Pros
Mocavo is great. They take care of their employees. Everyone there is treated like family and they have free lunch in the break room! If you are hired on as a full time employee the benefits are amazing. And company parties are great.
Cons
Startup pay. Can't really think of anything else. Not any negatives that I can think of. Everyone is treated fairly.
