Pros

The employees are very friendly, probably because they're insane.

Cons

This is by far the worst place I have ever worked. I cannot believe that what they do is legal in America. They make you work 6 days a week, 8-10 hours a day and, if you're lucky, you'll take home $300 a week before taxes. There is no overtime, holiday or vacation pay. You will be selling Xfinity (Comcast) products in a Walmart all day, watching while their employees make more than you ever will. You'll only make money if you make a sale. A sale means you get a new customer to switch to an Xfinity plan or have an existing customer add something to their plan, and they go through with the installation. If all of these things don't happen, you're working for $2 per hour, if that. They will tell you in the interview that there is no seniority in the company. Oh, there is, you just can't be apart of it. The company takes the same 5-7 people with them as they travel the world, tricking gullible college kids into working for them for a summer before packing up and moving on to the next city to avoid being investigated. London, San Francisco, Memphis, Hartford, and your city could be next! They claim to have over 300 offices nationwide, but none have the same name. Everything about this place is sketchy. If you see a job opening with this company, do yourself a favor and work at McDonald's instead where you're more likely to be treated like a human being.

Pros

You grow. You develop. You find what you are looking for through time, work ethic, and great leaders that teach you more than you thought you could be taught.Everyone saying that it is a scam or a terrible job, you are what you say you are. This life is what you make it. This "Job" teaches you what I mean.

Cons

You have to actually work, You have to actually ask questions, You have to think for yourself, You have to take ownership of your life

Pros

You will find a new level of respect for a decent, reputable desk job that will atleast pay you minimum wage. I couldn’t find a rating below 1 so was forced to give them a “1” , it should be 0 or in negative

Cons

Look up about Credico. This firm is part of their Multi level marketing (MLM) “business”. They were in CT (and TN before that) before setting another “office” in Philly. They really don’t like to share any info upfront , will say lies like about how much you can make, will train their team members to find technical ways of saying your income will be either a daily minimum or your commission (the crew will never tell you it’s either commission on actual sale done at a Walmart or a bare minimum $ value) so u will believe that you are guaranteed a basic minimum pay for every single day that you “work”. You will drive a million miles to come to office, where they will teach you the lines to sell xfinity internet and cable packages - you will then head to a Walmart or Best Buy to try to sell these packages - then you will drive back to the office to review your performance for the day. This happens every single day, and takes anywhere from 10 to 12 hours every day with no gas money. Also, need to mention the “fun” crew nights where you will be forced to participate and then realise you need to pay your own bill so beware.
