A lesson in the types of men and women to avoid

These people are predators. The men and women here prey on people who don't have a lick of financial literacy. If you want to make money with Mod Financial you have to do it by making commission by recruiting your family and friends to "invest" tens of thousands in universal life insurance policies that they disguise with the name "Private Reserve Account" or PRA. It smells like a Ponzi or pyramid scheme and you will find those exact people working there as well.

They did get me thinking more about taxes.

These are not people you should be taking financial advice from. They stand to profit quite a bit from scaring the hell out of you about taxes and then getting you to buy into their "private reserve account" ...... which is essentially a miserable universal or whole life insurance policy that no one should buy. They talk about helping and being noble and educating but their tactics mainly rely on fear. There is also an option to spend tens of thousands on land banking which might be the oldest scam in America. These people are not financially astute ..... they are opportunists who tell themselves that the prey they go after would have been worse off without them. That is simply not true though. They are preying on good people trying to get their finances straight and throwing them into a maze with a dead end instead.
