Modagrafics exists to support our Mission, "To build our client's brands so they will prosper". Our pillars, and ethical way in which we conduct our business, are our backbone. We have a wonderful group of individuals that come together in a respectful and constructive manner to support and drive the solutions we provide to our customers. We are focused on becoming more than a commodity provider that does business through transactions, as our goal is to be a strategic partner that helps our customers to maximize their visibility and the power of their own branding through multiple avenues of media and exposure.

I have not encountered any downside, and could not be happier with my career move.

The culture here is world class. My boss is phenomenal and I could never imagine myself working for anyone else. The communication is open and transparent. I can openly approach my boss with new ideas, questions or for counsel. The company has a set of values that they truly live by. When you work here, you want to live by them as well. This company is future thinking and will not stop until they are the very best. They approach this in an ethical, thought out manner that benefits all of us that work here. My co-workers are warm and welcoming and there really is a team atmosphere. I couldn't be happier working here.

I often do not feel challenged enough in my position. I feel like I could handle more responsibility or take on other tasks. It would be great if there were other areas I could become involved in to gain more experience or receive cross training but I don't see where I fit in.
