      1. Work life balance, you are not expected to work beyond 8 hrs/ on weekends 2. Remote work 3. Ownership on your projects 4. No micro management

      Cons

      Nothing as of now, everything is smooth but its a startup. So you know everything wont be wrapped in a gold foil for you. Hustle is common!
