Pros
You will get good opportunities and good salary if you're already on good package! Freshers can get good exposure even though the salary will be less. One can always have adrenaline rush due to high level politics. You can never sleep at night due to the work unless you're a person who don't care about getting scolding! You can support green earth as they use AC in a timely manner and there will be a person to count the number of tissue paper one is using. You can get scolding for the mistakes others will do. You will get salary on exact date every month. Management want you to shine like a star but without any help or training or KT. One can get on-site opportunities to Africa (mostly) if they butter well! My mobile battery might die with too many pros, let me get to cons.
Cons
Unless you're a person who loves internal politics or who would love to butter superior avoid it. Management will involve in each and every minor decision and one can never take own decisions. Rules and conditions are not employee favourable. Company will create lot of drama and trouble at the time of leaving and if you're lucky they will trouble you even after leaving the organisation. Work environment is not employee favourable.
