Pros

Its like a family. Little caring , little concern, but not little inspiration, little goals. Little work satisfaction. The best thing in the office is people smile to each other, when you are in lift/cafeteria/steps etc etc , people have time to say. "Hey man, how are you doing" Company doesn't compromise on safety and security of women. The main founder's of MFS are very kind and passionate to work.

Cons

Straight to the point. Work here : If you need the same salary ever month for years and years. It just changes very little, every year. if lucky. Work here if you are concerned that your home is near and you have temporary plans in IT. Work here if you don't wanna sharpen your skills, but just manage. Better Work life balance than other companies. Salaries: You will be paid on time. Initial Interview and HR: You will have some or the other things happening for any special days. Selection process is quick. They follow the rule "All employees are same, So they hire the 'Low CTC accepted' one." because HR's are forced to follow it from a senior management honey bee. Onsite: Yes! the company offers Onsite to some countries. But remember its not going to increase your Official CTC, when you change from here you need to start again down from the ladder. in fact you may have 0% appraisal that year. They say our agenda is to give everyone a chance but the fact is the same person travels again and again for Many Many Many Many month(s), Year(s). The silly pity reasons: "i m building home, I need onsite. I have loans to be cleared, i need onsite. i m getting married, i need onsite. I have just married. i need onsite. Every one is going, I too need onsite. I'll leave company if i don't get onsite." but no one thinks about the skills. And you will not find employees with some of the most important designations which are required. On a note the organization has been enough polluted both from the management side as well as Employee side, Except CEO and main founders. Appraisal discussion: They'll clearly tell you Performance discussion is different and Appraisal is Different and that says all. You work to any extent you will only hear "You are very good, reached expectations, But we want More." Skills and Technicality I bet you there are not more than very very few Good Skilled employees here. Period. Thou most joiner's are skilled, they get technically dimnished gradually as they won't be working on those latest technologies. When you compare with the existing IT you will land-up in Paleolithic era. Company is good for fresher's. Infrastructure: Very Good and decently maintained. Advice to joiners: Don't get convinced with CTC's when they say 1) "you will get onsite" your Expected CTC will be balanced. 2) Your interview performance was poor thou we are hiring you. 3)We will increase CTC in next appraisal. Got skill ? Just don't get convinced. Market is ready to dump money on you with better technology. Keep in mind that for company this is a business. But for you this is the only career.
