Stressful environment when it comes to deadlines, putting pressure on team members for no reason. Lack of appreciation. No thank you for many months. Minimum holiday allowance

Model Works Media/Grain London/Model Works. They are all they same company. Under qualified director of interactive department. Micro management and lack of trust or respect in staff. Many years I tried to give expertise in software development, ignored all the time. No business model or unique selling point. No career opportunities. Choose arrogance over client specifications. Company has no knowledge of software development best practices.
