Pros

If you like sales, go for it.

Cons

They might claim they're not a MLM because they use W-2s, but their entire model is based on a MLM model. You make minimum wage + commissions from selling services and devices in an AT&T booth at Costco. Your incentive to make money as you graduate their program is by training others and taking part of their commission. Nothing about what they claim to be a marketing position aligns with the industry.
