Wonderful team members, solid team that backs up one another through everything, tries to solve all problems together as a unit. Management is still hands-on in most things, which speeds up most bureaucracy in the workplace.
Cons
• HR practice is shoddy at best, very anti-employee policies and very outdated. • Unfair contract system that enables company to cut people easily without compensation. • Outsourced contracts that are used to hire low-cost labor without providing bare minimum benefits as a way to cut cost • Over-complicated organizational structure that doesn't incentivize career growth • Employee benefits are bare minimum at best, with an unfair review system that is biased at best with no clear KPIs or reinforcements. • Overbearing board of management that is never on the same page with one another, leading to a lack of north star in the company that no one is able to firmly set.
