Pros
Great office culture and supportive staff. Kind and friendly co-workers. Advancement is encouraged and the growing company provides ample opportunities to do so. They also have great clients - everyone was lovely to work with across the board.
Cons
Restrictive PTO policy with no allowance for sick days. Office underwent several mergers and acquisitions while I was on staff which had the effect of straining resources and requiring additional technical training.
