Pros
Startup-vibe culture with willingness for new ideas (lots of pioneering and discovery for the past 3 years across the different hubs). Franchise model, so there's room for each hub to do things their own way, but this can also be a con.
Cons
No investment in market strategy for all the different B2B channels sales is meeting with -- Project specialists are grasping at straws to develop new business and accounts, and partnerships. No resources or R&D in development programs, sales enablement, or software to better the sales teams and procurement process. No 401K, no maternity leave, no continuing education opportunities. Lack of culture/culture seems to be dictated by GM of each hub. LOTS OF NEPOTISM.
