Patience testing (Management will test your patience by Ignoring any visible issues of employee) 4. Favourism (If you belong from "Southern Part of India" then congratulations , you are hired and promoted already) 5. Typing Speed Improvement (Everyone working here be it Accountant , Merchandiser, HR, Auditor all are just doing data entry task which will increase typing speed) 6. Cost Saving (by working in Modex you will learn how to work hard without getting salary hike & Promotion which helps learning in cost saving) 7. Approval process like Enternet Explorer: Highlight any issue,then seat back , relax and enjoy that approval getting diverted here and there for more than 6-7 month... too much fun !
