      Nothing, no raise, took everything away. Hours suck. Management terrible. Turn and run away!

      Everything this place is terrible to there employees. They over work you and under pay you, lie to you and play favorite's games.

      Certain departments are really good in terms of giving project ownership and visibility.

      Cons

      Management can be messy, not a lot of structure. Rapidly growing company without a very mature team.
