Great staff, friendly atmosphere Upper Management is very experienced, great people to learn from, industry leads There's a good amount of autonomy and trust as long as your work is being completed
Cons
Unless you come in at an upper management level, or negotiate well at the beginning, it's difficult to get a competitive salary Paths for upward movement aren't always clear- though this could be a pro if you like the flexibility of creating a space for yourself High stress industry but that's the industry not necessarily the company
