Decent - Marketing Project Manager Modus Group Employee Review

Firstly, as I came, I have been told I will have a job offer after the internship if everything goes well. After 2 weeks, almost no communication from the company side was happening. It was obvious that after those 2 months (with 0eur salary), there will be no offer.

The whole internship lasted for 2 months. My main and only job was some “old system data” management - to simply “organize information”. It was obvious they were searching for an intern for this specific task to do as no one in the organization wanted to do it. As soon as covid started, my superior barely communicated with me, and told me to work from home.

Actually, no pros as far...

As I came as an intern to work and deepen my knowledge in the finance field, the company wasn't fully prepared for it. They had a few tasks that had to be done and that was it. As the coronavirus crisis came, they sent me to work from home - almost no further explanations or practical work tasks were provided.
